Our Thanksgiving TableNovember 26, 2012 | FILED UNDER: Uncategorized
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend – full of family, food, and relaxation! Before diving into Christmas posts this week, I wanted to share a few pics of how our Thanksgiving table turned out:
I made it easy on myself by incorporating several past craft projects including the burlap table runner, yarn-wrapped branch centerpiece, and even the clove-studded pears I used on my mantle earlier this fall.
I found these cool retro Give Thanks printables and turned them into silverware holders by printing them on cardstock, folding them over and adhering the side and bottom closed with some double-sided tape:
This was my first year setting a kids table. I moved over Stella and Hazel’s play table, covered it with one of their baby quilts in pretty fall colors, an the turkey that was last year’s centerpiece made a reappearance.
I also printed out some turkey placemats for the girls to color – they were a hit!
Finally, what is Thanksgiving without the food?! We made enough for leftovers all weekend.
