Pinwheel Wreath Tutorial

Is it possible to not love fall?! It has always been my favorite season by far and even though it often doesn’t feel very fall-like down here in San Antonio, I still try to recreate that fall feeling with lots of candles, baking, and pumpkin spice! My pinwheel wreath tutorial for Oriental Trading is for all you fellow-fall lovers. Why not let the world (or at least your neighbors!) know how much you love fall with this “I Heart Fall” Pinwheel Wreath.

This wreath starts with a base of burlap ribbon – a very cozy, fall appropriate material. I then added some fun embellishments such as these fall leaf pinwheels and buttons in coordinating colors of orange, yellow, and green. To finish this wreath, I glued a strip of burlap along the back and added painted wood letters and a wood heart to spell “I Heart Fall” – simple and sweet!
