DIY 4th of July Pinwheel Wreath

Here’s a simple patriotic pinwheel wreath tutorial. I always say if there is one thing you make for a holiday, make it a wreath! I think this is particularly true for the 4th of July – what better way to show your pride for the USA than with a stars and stripes studded wreath on the front door? I have displayed this fireworks wreath on our door for the last few years and decided it was time to update it with this DIY patriotic wreath using pinwheels and stars from Oriental Trading. Such an impact with a few simple supplies!

The pinwheel wreath came together in under an hour and was as simple as poking the pinwheels into the wreath form and filling in the gaps with the metallic stars. The pack of pinwheels comes with more than enough to cover the wreath. I plan to use the extras to line our front yard on the 4th of July!
