Make a Wood Spring Welcome Sign
DIY Wood Spring Welcome Sign
It might not feel like it, but spring is on the way! You can help hurry it along with this pretty wood spring welcome sign that you can make yourself. It is my latest project in partnership with Oriental Trading, and it uses some of their fun DIY wood signs and metal decor. It would look pretty on your front door on an entryway wall. The best part? You can make the entire thing in under 20 minutes. Now that is my kind of craft!
I used a galvanized metal “welcome” sign from Oriental Trading. You could always leave the metal as is, but I painted mine a light lavender for spring. They also have other words such as “hello”, “love” and “family” that you can use. I just glued it to their oval wood sign and added a few sprigs of greenery, white roses and a faux bird. Easy peasy! You could customize the floral accents however you like to match your home decor.
