DIY Pencil Box Idea
DIY Pencil Box Idea
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be participating a new monthly crafting challenge for Oriental Trading along with three of my favorite craft bloggers – Dream Green DIY, Delineate Your Dwelling, and Alice & Lois! Each month we will be tasked with creating something with the Supply of the Month, and the first challenge is for all you adult-coloring lovers out there!
We were given color-your-own washi tape as the supply of the month. Talk about taking adult coloring to the next level – so many possibilities with this patterned tape! I decided to create a personalized pencil box with it – perfect for back-to-school, or for your adult coloring supplies. 😉
Coloring this washi tape is quite addictive once you get to coloring! I found that the fine tip Sharpies worked great with it and produced a nice bold color.
These white tin lunch boxes are the perfect size to hold pencils, markers, and all sorts of arts and craft supplies. You could always put your lunch in them too. 😉
